A:  The final price has not been finalized but it is expected to be positioned at the premium range of the smart ring market.

What fitness tracking capabilities does the everbeat ring provide?

A:  Sleep tracking and analysis, Steps, Temperature, SpO2, Heart Rate, HRV

When will it be available?

A:  Our target is currently Q2, 2025, pending the FDA clearance process.

Is it FDA cleared?

A:  The ECG component of the everbeat ring will have an FDA 510k clearance when it hits the market.

Do I need a prescription in order to buy the ring?

A:  You will not need a prescription to buy the everbeat ring, however, in order to utilize the ECG capabilities, you will need to obtain a prescription either from your doctor, or you can obtain one by submitting an ECG for review within the everbeat App.

How long is the warranty?

A:  We offer a complimentary replacement for up to one year after purchase.

How do I know what size to buy?

A: You can order a ring sizing kit from the everbeat website, or you can get a standard US measurement for ring sizes and increase that by one in order to accommodate for the sensors inside the everbeat ring.  Everbeat is offered in sizes 6-13, which generally map to US sizes 5-12.

How often do I have to charge it?

A: Depending on usage, typical battery life is around 5 days.

Is there a subscription fee?

A: We will be launching a premium experience with many added powerful, useful and fun features later in 2025.   However, all features included with the ring and app at launch, without a subscription, will remain available permanently.

Is it waterproof?

A:  The everbeat ring is IP68 and waterproof for up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.  

Does the everbeat ring work with Apple and Android Phones?

A: Yes, the everbeat ring app is available for both Apple and Android phones and tablets. Simply visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for ‘Everbeat Ring’.

How does the everbeat ring reservation process work?

A: Reserving an everbeat ring adds you to the everbeat waiting list ensuring that you will be one of the first to be able to purchase this revolutionary heart health product.

Once we have completed our FDA regulatory process, and can ship rings,  we will ship to those with reservations first.  We will notify you few weeks before your ring can be ordered and give you time to determine your everbeat ring size.  You can either order a ring sizing kit, measure the ring size of your finger with a jeweler’s ring kit, or use a similar fitness ring.

What is the everbeat ring made from?

A:  The everbeat ring is a composite construction with a stainless steel outer layer.

Does the everbeat ring come in different finishes?

A:  Currently we only offer stainless steel, but other finishes are planned.
